Evergreen Capital is a Johannesburg-based capital structuring and transaction advisory firm. We are a consortium of consultants and finance professionals — not a bank, not a passive broker. We structure, arrange and advise.

Our team brings together backgrounds from across the financial services industry, with direct experience on both sides of the capital table — as lenders, advisors, operators and deal-makers. We understand how funders think, what they need to see, and how to present a transaction to maximise the probability of an approval at the right terms.

We work with a small number of clients at any one time, treating each mandate with the same focus: finding the most efficient, defensible capital structure for your deal — and executing it cleanly from mandate to close.
